The bench, one face at a time.
Sixteen senior independents. Most ex-Rediffusion, several ex-TBWA, all running their own practices the rest of the week. Each Flibbrati works with us part-time. That’s by design. Filter by discipline to find who you’d like to work with.
The Flibbrati
Rahul Jauhari
Rahul has spent twenty-nine years arguing that creative thinking is the most undervalued asset in business. The argument has taken him through McCann, Pickle Lintas, and two long stints at Rediffusion India that ended with him as Joint President and Chief Creative Officer; lately, it lives at Flibbr®, the firm he and Hari Ganesh built from scratch in January 2022.
Hari Ganesh
Hari co-founded Flibbr® with Rahul in January 2022, and for twenty years before that he had been quietly building the planner’s discipline that the firm now runs on. He came to brand communication from engineering — a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications, a brief stint at Siemens India, a deliberate pivot.
Subramanian Krishnan
Subbu has spent thirty years arguing for strategy that respects the cultural ground it stands on. The argument has taken him across fifteen Asian cities and through some of the region’s largest agencies; lately, it lives at Flibbr® and at Subuism, the parallel venture he runs alongside.
Sourabh Mishra
Sourabh has spent three decades arguing that brands grow by understanding better, not by speaking more. The argument has run through the Chief Strategy Officer chairs at TBWA India, then Saatchi & Saatchi India, then Bates CHI&Partners India (where he also sat on the Board as Whole-Time Director), and earlier through senior planning roles at Ogilvy, McCann and Everest Brand Solutions.
Yagna Raman
Yagna has spent twenty-five years across advertising, marketing, experience design and human factors — and lately, AI. He came up through art-side advertising in the 1990s, served as Creative Director at Xerago and as “Disruption Agent” at TBWA, and in 2008 founded Kutung Design Labs in Chennai, the eleven-year design lab that anchored his transition from advertising into experience design proper.
Piyash Ghosh
Piyash came to advertising through Physics — a BSc Honours from Calcutta University before a PGDCM in Advertising redirected the trajectory — and the scientist’s habit of asking why has never quite left the work. Twenty years in the industry, fifteen of them at Rediffusion.
Angira Chakravorty
Angira spends her working life keeping people human. A Life Coach and Expressive Arts practitioner with more than a decade of practice, she works at the intersection of body, breath, sound, art and language — modalities that recover something most coaching forgets, which is that we feel things in the body first and explain them later.
Bharat Sahai
Bharat treats hustle as a discipline rather than a phase. Director — Operations & Growth at Flibbr®, he sits where creative storytelling meets the practical machinery of getting work done — and he is fourteen years into the craft of running both at once.
Chaitali Raizada
Chaitali came to brand consulting the long way around — and the long way around is the point. Twenty years across customer-services leadership in the IT sector, anchored by six years at Tecnotree Corporation running client services and operations for telecom OSS/BSS deployments, taught her something most agency-trained Directors never quite learn, which is what it actually feels like to be the client.
Nishit Raval
Nishit holds projects together while domain experts come in and out. He arrived at the Project Custodian role by an unusual route: eighteen years at the Jasani Group, India’s significant diamond manufacturing firm, where he moved from Diamond Grader to Quality Control Manager to Sales Team Lead.
Shreya Jauhari
Shreya is five years into her practice with the unusual credential of having built her own brand from zero — and to a Vogue India feature, organically, without paid acquisition. Mayatilism, the spiritual lifestyle brand she founded in 2021, runs alongside her Flibbr® role; she has grown its client base to over a thousand through storytelling and community trust alone.
Debalina C
Debalina has been on payrolls since she was sixteen. A quarter-century in which she has moved from software testing and localisation work for Microsoft and Nokia, through brand and digital communications, into the senior digital-strategy chairs that anchor her practice today.
Aashika Poovanna
Aashika came to brand work sideways. A year as an Operations Analyst at Goldman Sachs, an MBA, and then a decade-plus across F&B, lifestyle, SaaS, manufacturing, retail and FMCG — somewhere along the way the analyst’s discipline fused with the storyteller’s instinct, and that fusion is what she now brings to clients.
Saurabh Karandikar
Saurabh’s mission is to make technology more human, and he has spent twenty-nine years finding angles to do it. He came to user experience design from advertising rather than the other way round, after ten years as Creative Head at Rediffusion Y&R Mumbai working on Airtel, Colgate, Citibank, Star TV and the rest of the blue-chip Mumbai bench.
Vinay Kanchan
Vinay has spent thirty years getting people’s minds to take flight — through humour, storytelling, juxtaposition and a deep appreciation of how creative thought actually works. He came to advertising from engineering, and the lateral move has shaped his practice ever since. He is also the author of three published books — one a top-ten Amazon bestseller in Sport, another named by DNA among the top fourteen management books of 2014.
Amitabha Saxena
Amitabha has spent twenty-five years thinking about strategy at the scale of telecom infrastructure. As Group Head of Business Strategy & Planning at Bharti Airtel during the years it was reshaping Indian telecom, then leading India business operations for Nortel Networks, then heading Strategy & Planning for Customer Solutions at Huawei India, he has lived inside the kind of corporate-strategy decisions that make or break multinational expansion.
