Consulting is one of four modes of accessing our senior bench. We apply Flibbr’s senior strategic and creative thinking, directly to your brief. Our solutions don’t follow a service menu, they are created to match your business challenge.

A note on stance. Flibbr does not pitch. Each engagement is scoped honestly at the start, priced honestly, and our rates do not negotiate downward. If the fit is right, we take the work. If it isn't, we say so.

Engagements run from weeks to quarters. The team has end-to-end capability. Partners brought in — production houses, platforms, specialists — are integral to the team, not vendors.

Every Consulting engagement is scoped around the problem and the team that fits it. The contract is shaped around the work — not the other way around.

A note on the four shapes. A piece of case-study work delivered as Project Consulting and the same piece delivered as Skin-in-the-Game would be the same work. The firm’s case-study presentation does not flag engagement model on individual case studies. The work is the work.

The Validation Room and Flibbr® Brand AI run on different mechanics — bespoke advisory and subscription, respectively. Bootcamp pricing is public, per cohort. Everything else is quoted to scope.
